Order Fulfillment

All DemKidZZ clothing is made to order and fulfilled through our production and shipping partner, Tapstitch.

Production and Delivery

Production begins after an order is submitted for fulfillment. Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, and destination.

Estimated delivery information will be provided during checkout or in your order confirmation when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the applicable product and shipping destination and displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Information

Once an order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the customer when available.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by production volume, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide applicable delay notices and cancellation or refund options as required by law.

Lost or Damaged Orders
