DemKidZZ Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 24, 2026
At DemKidZZ, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Our clothing is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
Returns and Exchanges
Because each item is produced after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Changes of mind
- Color or style preferences
- Items ordered by mistake
Please review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email Demkidzz1016@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost when warranted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for processing after approval, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations and Changes
At DemKidZZ, we understand that plans can change!
Because our clothing is made to order through Tapstitch, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at Demkidzz1016@gmail.com with your order number.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation or modification requests before production begins. However, once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If an order is successfully canceled before production and payment has already been collected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance.
